  • ½ cups Pineapple Chunks, Frozen
  • ½ cups Spinach, Baby
  • ¼ cups chop Kale
  • 1 medium Frozen Banana
  • ¼ cups Water

Freezer Containers

  • 1 Quart Freezer Bag

Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.

Freezing Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender (you may need to do in batches). Blend until smooth. Divide among indicated number of quart freezer bags. Label and freeze flat.

Serving Day Directions

Serve cold.
