  • 1 medium Banana
  • ¼ cups Water

Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.

Freezing Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender, in batches if necessary Blend until smooth. Divide among indicated number of quart freezer bags. Label and freeze flat.

Serving Day Directions

Serve cold.
