    1. Of course! I like to freeze the bananas too, and find that it makes my smoothies a bit creamier. Enjoy!

  1. Freeze everything but the almond milk and water. On serving day, add the milk and water to the frozen ingredients in the blender. Right? No need to thaw anything.
