- In a large skillet combine cooked ground beef, onions, salt, and pepper for 3-4 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger and cook until garlic and ginger are fragrant about 2-3 more minutes.
- In a bowl, mix together sesame oil, soy sauce, water, honey, and Sriracha.
- Pour over beef and mix to coat. Cook a minute or two until slightly thickened.

I made about 10 different recipes today from this site to get ready for my new baby due in a few days. I haven’t eaten this with the lettuce yet but had to try the filling it smelled so good! It’s delicious! I would compare it to Korean bbq. Will definitely be making this again and probably doubling the amount. Thanks for a great recipe!

Love this recipe!! Super easy, super delish and easy to make your own….I add water chestnuts and cooked quinoa and replace the peanuts with cashews…it doesn’t last long in my home!!
