- In a large skillet combine cooked ground beef, onions, salt, and pepper for 3-4 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger and cook until garlic and ginger are fragrant about 2-3 more minutes.
- In a bowl, mix together sesame oil, soy sauce, water, honey, and Sriracha.
- Pour over beef and mix to coat. Cook a minute or two until slightly thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in lime juice, green onions, peanuts, and cilantro.
- Serve over a bed of lettuce or wrap in lettuce leaves.
