  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Water, Hot
  • 1/2 teaspoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons juice Lime
  • 1/4 cups dice Green Onion (Scallion)
  • 1/4 cups chop Peanuts
  • 1/4 cups chop Cilantro, Fresh

  1. In a large skillet combine cooked ground beef, onions, salt, and pepper for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add garlic and ginger and cook until garlic and ginger are fragrant about 2-3 more minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix together sesame oil, soy sauce, water, honey, and Sriracha.
  4. Pour over beef and mix to coat. Cook a minute or two until slightly thickened.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in lime juice, green onions, peanuts, and cilantro.
  6. Serve over a bed of lettuce or wrap in lettuce leaves.
