Spicy Beef Lettuce Wraps

  • 4 cups chop Lettuce, Romaine (serving day)

Directions

In a large skillet combine cooked ground beef, onions, salt, and pepper for 3-4 minutes. Add garlic and ginger and cook until garlic and ginger are fragrant about 2-3 more minutes. In a small bowl, mix together sesame oil, soy sauce, water, honey, and Sriracha. Pour over beef and mix to coat. Cook a minute or two until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and stir in lime juice, green onion, peanuts, and cilantro. Serve over a bed of lettuce or wrap in lettuce leaves.

Freezing Directions

Reheat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, or until heated through. Serve over a bed of romaine lettuce or wrap in romaine lettuce leaves.
