These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

  1. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix eggs, ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese, spinach, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  3. Drain lasagna noodles.
  4. Place 1 cup spaghetti sauce in bottom of baking dish.
  5. Spread approximately 1/3 cup filling over each lasagna noodle, roll up. Place seam side down in baking dish.
  6. Pour remaining sauce over roll ups.
  7. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.

  1. This is a family favorite for us. We all love it, even the little ones. Easy to serve with a veggie and salad. It’s also nice enough to be served for a special event when you’d need a more elegant meal.
