  • 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 teaspoons mince Garlic, Cloves
  • 4 ounces Cheddar Cheese, Mild, Fat Free, Shredded

  1. After thawing spinach, drain and squeeze out any excess water.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together.
  3. Spray a pie pan with cooking spray.
  4. Pour spinach mixture into pie pan.
  5. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
