These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

  1. Mix strawberries and sugar in a large bowl.
  2. Allow to sit for 30 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes.
  3. Place strawberries in blender and add water, pulse until all strawberries are blended and mixture is runny.
  4. Divide among ice cube trays. (For sticks, use popsicle sticks or baby spoons.) Small plastic cups can also be used to make larger freezer pops.
  5. Freeze until solid.
