These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- Mix strawberries and sugar in a large bowl.
- Allow to sit for 30 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes.
- Place strawberries in blender and add water, pulse until all strawberries are blended and mixture is runny.
- Divide among ice cube trays. (For sticks, use popsicle sticks or baby spoons.) Small plastic cups can also be used to make larger freezer pops.
- Freeze until solid.
