What a quick and healthy snack. Yum!I’d like to invite you to share this recipe on my linky, Sweet Tooth Friday. I hope to see you there. http://alli-n-son.com/2011/04/…
Excellent smoothie!
Sounds like a lovely beverage … ideal for summer!
This recipe us fantastic!
We’ve been putting smoothie into 1/2 c. (or so) sized Snapwear plastic storage containers (no leaking ever with these containers), freezing them, and putting them into lunchboxes in the morning with a spoon.
Come lunch or snack time at school, the kids enjoy their smoothie “ice cream”.
Yummy, good for them, and no need to add an ice pack to their lunchbox on these days.
Throw a handful of spinach in there – may affect the color, but the taste won’t be affected at all! I like the idea of the carrot puree – had never thought of that one 🙂
