  1. Slice goat cheese into equal disks based on the number of servings you are preparing.
  2. Combine ground turkey, eggs, thyme, garlic and salt and pepper. Mix to bring ingredients together, but do not over mix.
  3. Form meat into balls for the number of servings you are preparing.
  4. Divide each ball and form into two patties. Put goat cheese in between the two patties and then form into one complete stuffed patty.
  5. Grill over medium heat about 4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
