These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- Grill pineapple and red onion over medium heat on open grill.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken and 1/3 of the bbq sauce.
- Form pizza crusts on a baking sheet.
- Spread remaining bbq sauce over pizza crust.
- Top with chicken, pineapple and onions, spinach, salt and then mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.

- In a large bowl, combine chicken and 1/3 of the bbq sauce.
- Form pizza crusts on baking sheet.
- Spread remaining bbq sauce over pizza crust.
- Top with chicken, pineapple, onions, spinach, salt and then mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 450F for 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool.
- Cut into indicated number of slices, then wrap individually in plastic wrap.
- Place into gallon freezer bags, label and freeze.
