  • 15 ounces drain and rinse Black Beans, Canned
  • 2/3 cups peel, dice, and cook Sweet Potato
  • 1/2 cups dice Onion, Red
  • 2 teaspoons mince Garlic, Cloves
  • 1/2 cups chop Cilantro, Fresh
  • 2 ounces Mild Green Chiles, Diced, Canned
  • 2 teaspoons Taco Seasoning
  • 1/2 cups rinse, drain, and cook Quinoa
  • 1/4 cups Flour, All-Purpose
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
