  • 1 medium Frozen Banana
  • 13 fluid ounces Coconut Milk, Canned
  • 1 tablespoon Flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut, Flakes

  • 2 Quart Freezer Bags

Directions

In a blender, combine frozen pineapple, pineapple juice, banana, coconut milk, flax seed and coconut. Blend until smooth.

Freezing Directions

In a blender, combine frozen pineapple, pineapple juice, banana, coconut milk, flax seed and coconut. Blend until smooth. Divide between indicated number of quart freezer bags, label and freeze.

Serving Day Directions

Serve cold.
