- In a small bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon.
- Allow pie crust to sit out for 10-15 minutes.
- Lay pie crusts out on a cookie sheet. Spread butter over pie crusts.
- Sprinkle cinnamon/sugar mixture over pie crusts. Roll pie crusts.
- Cut into slices and set on a cookie sheet to bake.
- Bake at 425F for 15-20 minutes, or until dough is cooked and slightly browned.
