  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Saute onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add carrots and cilantro. Continue to saute until carrots are tender.
  4. Add vegetable broth, cayenne pepper sauce, ranch dressing mix, cheddar cheese and cannellini beans. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to low and continue to simmer for 5 minutes
  6. Add orzo and green onions, stirring to combine.
