- Add oil to pan and allow to heat.
- Add carrot and water.
- Partially cover pan with lid or aluminum foil and cook for approximately 10 minutes.
- Add sea salt, pepper and garlic powder to pan; increase to medium-high heat.
- Cook 4 minutes or until carrots are tender and lightly browned, stirring frequently.
- Sprinkle with sage leaves.
