You can cancel or downgrade your account.  Neither costs you anything – downgrading will allow you to continue to use some of the benefits of your OAMM membership.  See if downgrading is right for you here.

You can cancel at any time for any reason.

As of 6/28/2022 everyone has the ability to try out our system for free so refunds will no longer be given for NEW purchases on or after this date.

Recurring quarterly and yearly memberships must be canceled within 14 (quarterly) or 30 days (yearly) of renewal to qualify for a refund.  Request of the refund must be sent to within 14 (quarterly) or 30 (yearly) days of cancellation. Monthly memberships are not eligible for refunds.

All memberships are recurring unless otherwise canceled BEFORE the recurring date.
