Here are a few easy solutions for issues that may crop up once in a while.
Update Your Browser:
Some older versions of browsers are not compatible with MenuBuilder. You may want to update to the most recent version to help optimize your Once a Month Meals experience if you have not already
Clearing Your Cache:
We are always working on improving our site and your experience while you are here. As such, we make often make small updates behind the scenes. On occasion when you encounter technical difficulties it may be because your browser cache has not yet updated and could use a clearing out. You can clear your cache history by following these instructions: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser’s-Cache. You could also try opening Once a Month Meals in a private(Safari), incognito(Chrome), or invisible(Internet Explorer) window as these do not store information in your cache.
If you are logged in to your account, yet receive a message saying you need to log in or are rerouted to the log in screen when trying to view your menus or associated documents, you may be stuck in a login loop. For the time being, the best way to remedy this issue is to log out via https://secure.onceamonthmeals.com/users/sign_out and then log in to your account again. We do apologize for the inconvenience and are working to get a permanent solution in place as soon as possible.
