Join the discussionDo you have a recommendation for slow cooker or insta pot? My crock pot broke and I keep on hearing about insta pot but the shape concerns me like for a roast?
Hi Nancie, We have a great article on The Crock Pot vs. Instant Pot you can check out HERE! It will compare the two appliances and give recommendations. The nice thing about the Instant Pot is it also has a Slow Cooker function on it, so it can double as both appliances! As far as the shape goes, you might figure out what size roasts you normally like to cook and then see if the Instant Pot Sizes will accommodate. I have not run into issues personally making roasts in my Instant Pot. Hope this helps!
