  • ⅔ cups peel and grate Sweet Potato
  • 2 cups chop Spinach, Baby
  • ½ cups dice Onion, Red
  • 12 individual beat Egg
  • ½ cups Coconut Milk, Canned
  • 1 teaspoon Sage, Dried
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil

  1. I wonder if you could please provide a recipe for the ground sausage? In Australia we only have minced (ground) meats but I am of the understanding that your ground sausage is some kind of minced meat but with herbs or spices added. I’d love to try this recipe… Thanks so much for sharing.

    1. Annette, minced meat as per Canada seems to be a mixture of raisins and spices to be used for baking tarts for christmas. I wonder if you think on those. Ground beef is as it sound, grounding a chunk of beef and using it for hamburgers or other main meal items everyday not just in Christmas.
