Hi Margaret! Yes, you can modify a menu after you’ve added it to “My Menus.” This support article, How to Customize an Existing Menu will walk you through it step by step.
The Stuffed Peppers recipe doesn’t seem to show the correct quantities when I put in 4 servings. (I haven’t looked at any of the other number of servings). 3/4 cup ground beef for 8 peppers isn’t very much so I set it aside for last – I had SO much ground beef leftover after doing all the other recipes, I added it back to the ground beef. The onions seemed off too, but we always reduce the onions anyway in our home.
It might help you to look at our Sliced and Diced amounts for both of these ingredients. That way you can gauge how much you’d like to add. I am not a fan of onions either so I decrease the amounts in recipes – but oftentimes when another recipe might call for 1 onion – we actually give you an actual amount but the grocery store onion is going to vary in size- thus the amount of onion is going to vary.
