Best of all, you can make large batches and freeze them for later to save time in the kitchen! Maybe you have been wanting to start baking more from scratch, but don’t quite have all of the tools you need. Or maybe your kitchen supplies just need a refresh! If you are a hardcore freezer cook, you know that having extra tools helps you work more quickly and efficiently. Whatever the case, you won’t want to miss out on the chance to win these prizes!

How to Enter
There are a several ways to enter the giveaway. No purchases are required! You are also not required to follow or like Once a Month Meals or Whole Food Real Families on social media. However, you may wish to do so in order to automatically receive notifications about the event instead of having to remember to check back in.
You do not have to be a Once a Month Meals member to participate either. If you wish to freezer cook and need some resources, but you aren’t quite ready to sign up for a membership, try a FREE mini menu on us when you sign up for the Once a Month Meals newsletter.
Official entries are as follows:
- REQUIRED: RSVP that you are “Going” to the Facebook event HERE
You must be listed as “Going” to the event to win prizes. We won’t be counting those who RSVP “Interested.” Just because you RSVP “Going” doesn’t mean that you are required to cook to participate in the giveaway. Newbies who are exploring the idea of freezer cooking and/or pressure cooking are absolutely welcome! Come take a peek inside our kitchens and see what it is all about.
- Post on the event page
This can include (but isn’t limited to) comments or questions (about freezer cooking, real/whole food, baking, etc.); updates on your cooking day; pictures of your shopping, food prep, or cooking day; or a post or picture that tells us WHY you freezer cook. Responses on someone else’s post are encouraged, but this will not count as an entry. You need to start your own post on the event page.
Not required, but this gives you extra chances to win.
- Watch and respond to Cynthia’s Facebook LIVE on her cooking day (Saturday, October 22)
Like the Facebook LIVE and comment during the LIVE event for extra entries. We will keep you posted on when this is happening! Winners for this portion of the contest will be chosen immediately following the LIVE event as people can continue to watch the video and like/comment after LIVE event has ended.

The Fine Print
Restrictions
- You must have a Facebook account in order to RSVP to the event to participate.
- The only requirement for entry is that you attend the Facebook event (RSVP “going”). This will give you one entry. Additional entries for posts to the page or responses to the Facebook LIVE will increase your odds of winning, but are not required.
- Membership prizes are not limited by location, but we will not be able to ship the Gift Basket overseas. Sorry!
- You may see employees of Once a Month Meals or Whole Food Real Families participating in the event, but they are not eligible to win the prizes.
Winners
- We will choose winners from the RSVP list and the event comments using a random number generator and from the Facebook LIVE using Fanpage Karma’s Good Luck Fairy.
- Winners will be announced within 7 days of the close of the giveaway. We will notify winners via Facebook private message, and winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize.
Again, there is no purchase necessary to win this giveaway. Sorry, but this giveaway is void where prohibited by law. Finally, all winners will be chosen at random. The number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.
