Dear me, where is February slipping away too? I suppose with all the fun I have been having it is quickly slipping through my fingers. Almost two weeks ago I mentioned that Amy from Amy’s Finer Things is partnering with me on the Once A Month Mom Cook Off. This month is Amy’s first attempt at tackling the Once A Month Mom menu. Like many of you this is a whole new experience for her. Starting today Amy is reporting on her month long experience with the process.
