During February at least one reader mentioned that they would like to see how I schedule out my freezer meals for the month. They suggested a calendar with our menu items on there. I haven’t come up with a good calendar yet, but I thought you might like to see how our meals are working out for us during the month of March. This will also help me to know if we will be able to use up all of the meals before the end of the month. Others have said that it seems like we will be eating the same meals over and over again throughout the month, perhaps by looking at the calendar of meals you can see that there really is a lot of variety despite the use of the freezer meals! So here it is: March Menu:
- My husband takes the following meals to work to be eaten throughout the month: 1 Taco Soup, all Quesadillas
- I eat one set of the Baked Chicken Burgers Sandwiches throughout the month for lunch.
- We eat the breakfasts throughout the month and not at a particular setting: Breakfast Burritos, Banana Sour Cream Bread (muffins), Blueberry Whole Wheat Waffles.
- Nights that are listed as ? – TBD are nights that we I will be making something of my own. Nights where non-freezer meals are used do not have links.
