Of course, I would tell you it is worth it, I’m the author after all. But what about the reader, the working mom, the busy-scheduled dad with no time to cook meals, the family who needs to save money? What would they say. I don’t normally write about every post I run across about Once A Month Mom BUT I thought that you HAD to read this post. Not because the author liked Once A Month Mom, but because it was one of the most complete reviews I have ever seen written on our site. And I didn’t ask her to post it! So if you want some honest feedback about whether this whole way of cooking is worth it, I HIGHLY recommend you head over to Hubpages and check out Lisa’s post on her recent dip into once a month cooking. Oh yea, and she used her refrigerator freezer!!!!

I’ve been telling everyone who will listen what I’ve been doing and several of my friends say that this couldn’t possibly work for them… but it can! It can work for anyone. You are doing a great job! I just use my refrigerator’s freezer. It helps to freeze everything flat, that way they stack better!Love OAMM!
