I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter holiday! Likely, your menu has some leftover ham on it if you hosted the Easter gathering for your family. we had the privelege of eating at others’ house so no leftovers for us. Just freezer meals, freezer meals, freezer meals. On a more serious note, my uncle is having open heart surgery today so if you wouldn’t mind lifting up a prayer for that to go well and for his recovery after wards I would be very appreciative. I have a pretty close knit family and this particular aunt and uncle opened there home for me to live for a year at one point in my adult life. They are very special to me! Thanks. And please be patient, I am helping to watch their grandchildren so their family can be at the hospital so my posting and tweeting this week might be a little scarce. Thank you for always being so understanding.
