Disclosure: Lawry’s provided me with the free product, information, and gift pack through MyBlogSpark. The opinions and flavor description are my own. There is nothing we love more than grilling hamburgers with Lawry’s Seasoning Salt. My grandfather use to do this with all the burgers he made and the smell of a hamburger flavored with Lawry’s cooking on the grill just sends me straight down memory lane. So when I found out that Lawry’s had some new marinades I was anxious to give them a try. And then the mentioned the Tuscan Sun-Dried Tomato Marinade! Seriously? Lawry’s AND sun-dried tomatoes? Yes please! We tried this marinade with chicken and it was sssssoooo good. I loved the mix of flavors. I loved that the chicken was still nice and juicy and flavorful after the chicken had come off the grill. And I love how easy dinner preparation was! This is not the only marinade available either. It is just one of the many that are in their summer grilling line-up. For a listing of all the marinades and even some great summer recipes, visit Lawry’s. And you have a chance to win a Lawry’s prize package! See details at the bottom of this post.
Menu Plan Monday
My husband was gone many evenings this week so it wasn’t a typical week for us. I don’t know about you but I just don’t find much enjoyment in cooking just for myself. I like there to be someone else to savor it with me. And the two year old likes to eat but he is no connoisseur of food. So we eat a lot of leftovers and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Monday – BLT sandwiches, my summer favorite. Tuesday – Hubby was out playing volleyball so we went to Chick-Fil-A Family night to have some fun and beat the heat of this hot week. Wednesday – We were all feeling a bit *off* so we had to make last minute decision to stay away from the healthy people at House Church and grabbed some Chipotle as a family. Now Chipotle isn’t my idea of a good meal when one has had an upset stomach but strangely enough it hit the spot! Thursday – frozen pizza – yep, even we have frozen pizza Friday – leftover pork roast from the freezer Saturday – Lunch – Spaghetti Warehouse
Dinner – Took a picnic dinner to the pool of Summer Chicken Salad, Buffalo Chicken Wraps, chips, grapes and pretzels.
Dinner – Lawry’s Tuscan Sun-Dried Tomato Marinade on chicken,

Join the discussionWe would enjoy the Sun-Dried Tomato as love the
Sun-Dried tomato dressing from Ken’s as a marinade for chicken.
Teriyaki with pinapple juice sounds delish!
We are Lawry’s fans too. I would love to try the Tuscan Sun Dried Tomato marinade.
My hubby always uses Lawry’s Season Salt when he grills burgers. The Sesame Ginger with Mandarin Orange juice sounds like it would be delish on chicken. And I’d probably try the Signature Steakhouse marinade too. 🙂
We love Tex-Mex style food so I think the Baja Chipotle would be our family’s favorite. We love SPICE!
the sun dried tomato sounds awesome!!
We like the Garlic and Herb – I’d love to try out some of the other varieties!
My family would probably prefer the sweet & sour marinade of the two that you have listed. We LOVE the Herb and Garlic with Lemon Juice on chicken, it’s one of my favorite easy ways to do chicken.
Oooh, I bet we would love the sun-dried tomato marinade.
The Baja Chipotle sounds good. Just yesterday DD3 commented that the grill makes food spicy. We tried explaining that Mommy likes spicy food and that’s why everything is spicy on the grill.
Tuscan Sun-dried tomato sounds amazing!

I have used the Sesame Ginger Marinade with Mandarin Orange Juice, Teriyaki with Pineapple Juice and the Szechuan Sweet and Sour BBQ Marinade on tilapia filets to chicken wings. I would have to say the Teriyaki is our family’s favorite but they’re all really good. I am a big fan of Lawry’s marinades!
