Okay, so maybe this doing your menu thing retro style is a little more revealing than I want it to be. I suppose it also keeps me humble and headed to on track though. On Friday evening when we were headed to a restaurant AGAIN, I realized that I better get my behind moving to cook the rest of the weekend if we were going to stay on track. Menu Plan Monday
- Monday – Grilled Turkey Sandwiches, french fries
- Tuesday – leftovers
- Wednesday – Chipotle (I would like to tell you it was because it was Cinco De Mayo, but the truth is that we were suppose to eat with our House Church family but too much was happening and we needed to stay home. Hence, I didn’t have anything ready to fix.
- Thursday – The GREATEST party on earth – we ate there!
- Friday – Outback Steakhouse (we are completely addicted to their cheese fries. Or perhaps the ranch dressing that accompanies said cheese fries.)
- Saturday – Brunch – Panera
- Dinner – Baked Mango Vegetable Chicken, Rosemary/Dill Potatoes, Mango Pico De Gallo
- Sunday – Lunch – Buffalo Bleu Cheese Burgers, corn on the cob, salad
- Dinner – Baked Spaghetti, salad, easy garlic bread
