Meal Plan Monday – May 31, 2010

First, Happy Memorial Day!  I hope you are enjoying the unofficial kickoff weekend of the summer! I know that we are as we vacation in the Outer Banks of North Carolina (Come on sunny weather)! As a reminder, I am doing my menus retro now so this is what we had to eat this past week.

Menu Plan Monday

• Monday – Johnny Marzetti (recipe posted June 2nd), peas, salad
• Tuesday – leftovers
• Wednesday – Took veggies to House Church
• Thursday – Chicken & Noodles, mashed potatoes, salad
• Friday – On the ROAD for vacation! Woot!
• Saturday – Lunch – Still on the road for vacation. . .
• Dinner – Pita pizzas, chips

• Sunday – Lunch – Buffalo Chicken Wraps, chips, fruit (grab it for the beach and GO!)
• Dinner – Tangy Marinated Steak, baked potatoes, salad
