I am totally OVER meal planning right now. I do it because I have to in order to feed my family. I just haven’t been able to really get into it the last few weeks. Perhaps it is because at this stage in pregnancy I just don’t feel like eating, or at least little to nothing sounds good. Which is really sad since it is the one time in life I have a free pass to eat whatever I would like. So here is what I have put together. Dinner – Asian Peanut Butter Pork** (from Make It Fast, Cook It Slow: The Big Book of Everyday Slow Cooking) (November Menu), brown rice
Sunday – Lunch – leftovers
Dinner – Carole’s Chili (September Menu), grilled cheese
