Folks, this is a crazy week for me. I can’t say there is going to be much in the way of cooking around here. More like heating up at best. We just have so many things going on in the evenings. I have vowed to take it easy during the days though so I don’t get too over-exhausted. Here is what I think our plan is for the week.

Menu Plan Monday
- Monday – Chicken Parmigiana, garlic bread, vegetable
- Tuesday – I’m at Amy Tobin class in Cincinnati – WOOT! I will eat there, hubby will eat leftovers.
- Wednesday – Girls night at Disney on Ice in Cincinnati – Hubby on own
- Thursday – Lemon Chicken with Veggies (August Menu), bruschetta
- Friday – King Ranch Chicken (August Menu), vegetable, bread
- Saturday -Lunch – Baked Rigatoni
- Dinner – Pork Tenderloin in Slow cooker, mashed potatoes, green beans
- Sunday – Lunch – Leftovers
- Dinner – Dinner with FORGE families – taking
