Hey everyone! Kelly here! Do you ever feel like you need a vacation from your vacations? I do!
We’ve been traveling almost every weekend this summer, and I am just ready to slow down. Although I will say the “adults only” trip to Chicago this weekend was just what we needed, especially since our next trip alone probably won’t be for another year because of baby #2! (Thanks for all your tips and suggestions as well!)
I planned ahead fully knowing I would be burnt out this week and not wanting to cook. I am headed to the freezer to get us through!

- Dinner – Meatless Monday –Â Sun-dried Tomato Spinach Feta Bake with small salad
Tuesday –
- Toddler Lunch – Homemade Yogurt Pops, Peanut Butter & Honey, Peaches, Kale Chips
- Dinner –Â Beef Chimichangas with tomato and avocados
Wednesday –
- Toddler Lunch – School
- Dinner – Grilled Cilantro Lime Chicken, with Salsa Verde and black beans
Thursday –
- Toddler Lunch – Spaghetti with zucchini, Peaches
- Dinner –Â Pepper Monterey Jack Pasta Salad with Artisan Bread
Friday –
- Toddler Lunch – School
- Dinner – BBQ Chicken Pizza
Saturday –
- Lunch – Sandwiches made to order
- Dinner – Hamburgers on the grill with side salad
Sunday –
- Lunch – Leftovers cleaning out of the fridge
- Dinner – Seaton Roast Chicken with risotto and grilled zucchini
