“But I doooonnnnn’tttttt waaaaaannnntttt tooooo.” {insert best whiny voice here.} I seriously had no desire to write this post this week. But you asked for it, I took last week off claiming the holiday. Can it possibly be the beginning of the week again? And do I have to decide what is for dinner this week? Luckily, I don’t really have to because we have lots of freezer meats and meals to use up making this week fairly easy actually. So here is what is on our agenda.
Menu Plan Monday
As always I am including our plans for lunch during the week for the toddlers. It is the only way for me to stay sane! Monday –
- Toddler Lunch – Packing a lunch for the park, Peanut Butter and Jelly, pear slices
- Dinner – Johnny Marzetti with Cheesy Noodles (per the request of the hubby), sauteed vegetables
Tuesday –
- Toddler Lunch – Fish sticks, applesauce, California vegetables
- Dinner – leftovers because daddy is away
Wednesday –
- Toddler Lunch – Homemade Cheesy Rice (Survive Before 5 eCookbook), celery & carrot sticks, grapes
- Dinner – Dinner with friends, not sure what yet.
Thursday –
- Toddler Lunch – Homemade Spaghetti O’s (Survive Before 5 eCookbook), broccoli, pears
- Dinner – Spicy BBQ-Stuffed Chicken, Broccoli & Cheese Twice Baked Potatoes, salad
Friday –
- Toddler Lunch – Chicken Fingers, green beans, peaches
- Dinner – Spanish Chicken & Rice (recipe coming soon), Salsa Verde
Saturday – Lunch – sandwiches
Dinner – Pork Tenderloin with Salsa Verde, Sun-Dried Tomato Bruschetta
Sunday – Lunch – leftovers
Dinner – Bacon & Bleu Burgers, onion rings, fresh fruit salad
