Last week I had one of those weeks that just got away from me (or in other words, got the best of me). We had a few changes in our schedule and ended up eating out with friends a couple of nights and at my sisters for lunch over the weekend, so we didn’t exactly use up all of the meals that I thought I was going to last week. I have quite a few to use up this week! Hubby is LOVING all of the breakfast items that are at his disposal each and every morning!
Menu Plan Monday
- Monday – Leftover freezer Lasagna, broccoli, bread
- Tuesday – Dinner at family friends
- Wednesday – Test Run – Pizza Roll-Ups
- Thursday – Freezer Chicken Enchiladas, Guacamole, rice (Dinner to friends – Chicken Macaroni Bake, Salad)
- Friday – Lemon Garlic Tilapia, vegetable
- Saturday – Lunch – Chicken Salad on Crescents, freezer Vegetable Soup
- -Dinner – Freezer Chicken & Rice Pilaf, Mixed Vegetables
- Sunday – Slow Cook Thai Chicken, brown rice
