You know what “works for me”? Not cooking works for me! And lots of other people it turns out as well. There has been a lot of chatter lately about the OAMM No Cook Recipe post I did back in late 2009. And rightfully so since, you know, it is nearly 100 degrees here right now. Who in their right mind wants to think about cooking during this heat? Not I! There are a lot of great recipes referenced in that post but I thought in light of the hub-bub around the wonder of no-cook recipes, I would give you a master list of those no-cook recipes we have had in 2010! That way you have more fun stuff to choose from. Enjoy these recipes that require NO COOKING prior to being frozen. On the monthly menus these are indicated by **. If you are looking for an incredibly simple freezer cooking day, simply print out the recipe and simply assemble and freeze. It doesn’t get much easier than that! Here they are by type of meat, including the month’s menu they were featured:

Join the discussionYou ROCK! Thanks for putting all these in one place. Whoop!!
Thanks for all these options! WOW! I am definitely going to try these out!
This is what I love about freezer cooking! I love to just assemble it all at once and then just thaw and shove in the oven. SOOOOOOO much easier! I have been so waiting to make your sicilian meatloaf, it’s been bookmarked since you first posted it!
Great list! Thanks for the info!
This is a great post, and really timely! Did you see Mark Bittman on the Today show this morning making only no-cook dinners?
I didn’t! I should check that out.
