Apple, Kiwi, and Pear Puree
Ingredients:
- 6 medium gala apples, peeled, cored and sliced
- 6 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 6 ripe pear, peeled, cored and chopped
Directions:
Place apples in pot and cover with water or apple juice. Cover and simmer gently for about 5 minutes. Add pears and kiwi and continue to simmer until all fruit is soft (when poked with a fork). Blend the fruit to a puree and strain to get rid of kiwi seeds.
I will be mixing mine with rice or oatmeal to help with the thin consistency when I thaw.
