Baby Food (9-12 Month): Sweet Potato and Broccoli Puree

The sweet potato is a staple in first foods for baby, easy to prep and digest, with a very mild flavor.  When your baby transitions onto trying more blends, the pairing of the sweet potato and broccoli is perfect start.  Depending on your babies age and eating habits, you can blend the texture to be very smooth, or a little chunkier for the more advanced eater.
