Blueberry Puree Recipe

Ingredients

1 bag of frozen blueberries, or 1 pint of fresh blueberries.

Directions

Boil enough water to cover.

Bring to boil, add blueberries and turn heat down to simmer for approx. 15 minutes until soft.

Reserve liquid and use a slotted spoon to transfer blueberries to blender/processor/mixer and puree. If needed, add some of the liquid to blueberries.

* Remember if puree is too thin, you can add cereal to it right before you serve it.
