I can’t believe 2011 is coming to a close! As you celebrate this weekend, check out these fun drink recipes that have all the taste, but hardly any of the calories! Happy New Year!

Skinny Cocktails and Mocktails

Berry Tart Martini

1 part Strawberry Vodka

1 part Light Lemonade

Splash of Fresh Lemon Juice

1 tablespoon Chopped Strawberries and/or Raspberries

 

Cherry Vanilla Thrilla (adapted from Hungry Girl)

4 parts Diet Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper

1 part Vodka

1 part Sugar-Free Vanilla Syrup

 

Light Pina Colada

1.5 oz Coconut-Flavored Rum

3 oz Pineapple Juice

4 oz Sparkling Water

 

Grapefruit Mocktail

1 part Red Grapefruit Juice

1 part Cranberry Juice

1 part Seltzer

Garnish with a Lime Wedge

 

Mock Mimosa

1 part Crystal Light Orange-flavored drink mix (pre-mixed with water according to package directions)

1 part Pineapple Juice

1 part Club Soda

 

Hot Pink Mocktail

4 parts Sparkling Water

1 part Acai Juice

1 packet Splenda or other sweetener

Lime Wedge and Mint Leaves, for garnish

Freezing Directions:

Not recommended for these recipes!

Servings: each recipe makes 1 drink

  1. I love these recipes, even the mocktails sound delish!! I would def suggest checking this new low calorie vodka called voli, its also infused with electrolytes, its been all over celebs everywhere
