I have been talking about it for weeks. The acquisition of our 1/4 of a cow. I knew it was coming and still I feel that my freezer is ill-prepared. We have been feverishly eating from it and yet it is still not completely empty. I really do hope they don’t come out with “Hoarders: Freezer Edition” because I KNOW I will get turned in! So sorry if our plan this week is more of the same, get rid of the freezer meals plan.

Join the discussionI’m making those french fries tonight! Thanks for sharing 😉
1/4 of a cow does take up a lot of room! Hope you are ready when it comes!
I hope I am too!
Thanks for linking to the pizza braid, it’s delicious and you can do so many varieties! My boys would love if I had all of my meals planned out. I’m often in the predicament of what to make for dinner!
i would love to try the homemade spaghettios! i may need to get the ebook even though Giada is only almost 8 weeks old! i may need it in a year.
i’d love if you checked out my Menu Plan for this week
I’ve made the pizza bread and froze it uncooked. Any suggestions of how to thaw it? I’m wondering how long it takes and whether the dough will rise again. I don’t want to have an exploded loaf when I get home! Thanks.
I would let it thaw in your refrigerator and then cook as directed. It should rise just fine.
