    1. The recipes on our meal plans are typically for main dish. There are several recipes that are “all in one” meals that have vegetables included, however those are not on the 2-n-1 Summer Meal Plan. We find it easy to add fresh veggies/ fruit, a salad, or heat up frozen veggies, make a pot of rice and have an easy side dish to complete the meal!
