  10. My very favorites are generally of the liquid variety 😉 but with the summer fruit season so short, I love to go with a fresh fruit salad.

  11. My absolute favorite food to share with others for cookouts and such is homemade vegetable pizza! For those of you that are not familiar, it is made with quick and cheap pizza crust mix made according to package directions, topped with a 1/1 ratio of cream cheese and ranch dressing (mixed in with a few sprinkles of dry ranch seasoning mix if you have it on hand), topped with just about any fresh veggies you can find! I usually top mine with raw green and red peppers, green onions, raw baby carrots cut into small pieces, sliced cherry/grape tomatoes, sliced green olives (i’m not a fan of black olives but those are popular as well), and sliced raw broccoli! Of course no pizza is complete without a generous handful of colby-jack shredded cheese to cover the “pizza”! I also use a plate to push down the veggies into the crust at the end so that they don’t topple off hen people are eating the pizza – usually while standing up and socializing with family and friends!Good luck to everyone! Hope I win!
