The last few months we have had several recipes that incorporated cilantro on our OAMM menus. It is such a fragrant herb and packs a flavorful punch when incorporated into recipes. Like other herbs (see parsley post) this one comes in a large bunch. The measurements taken below were done with a bunch from my local grocer.
I also wanted to start a new feature on Sliced & Diced where you can link up to your favorite recipes incorporating the featured item. This week, that would be cilantro.
