Can I just start by telling you how absolutely ELATED I am to post this menu from last week! It is the first time in I can’t tell you how long that we have eaten every meal at home during the week. I cooked up a storm and loved every minute of it! It felt soooooo good. And even though time is moving so quickly I can not be more excited about putting a close to October 2010. It was just an insanely busy month for us. Don’t forget in all your excitement about my below menu that the November 2010 Menu came out today! I am excited about it as well! There are some terrific recipes on it and I think it is a perfect fall blend of recipes. See for yourself though.
