Help Myself Baby Food Menu - 9 to 12 months

This meal plan is perfect for the fall as you are working to introduce foods to your baby. Please note that you will need to follow pediatrician guidelines for feeding your baby. We don’t provide information on how to feed your baby, just the tools once you begin.

This meal plan focuses on introducing new vegetables and fruits and enjoying those you have already introduced in new combinations. It also introduces meats to your baby for the first time.

  1. Thanks so much for the menu! I’ve made all of the food for my 9 month old and am always looking for new recipes. I’ve tried many from this menu and the little guy has loved them all! We look forward to more baby food menus in the future!
