25 Fast Freezer Meals to Save Time

25 Fast Freezer Meals

One of the first excuses for not freezer cooking is, “I just don’t have the time!” But did you know that we have many recipes that require NO COOKING on the preparation day? We call them “dump and go,” but they are also known as “throw and go”. Ingredients are usually prepped, thrown into a bag, and right into the freezer. We have several Dump and Go Mini meal plans that you can use to pack the freezer with TEN dinners in less than TWO hours. Our Members can also create custom mini meal plans. * Just make sure to select “easy assembly/dump and go” when searching by cooking method.

*Keep in mind there are limitations to free membership. See here for the different levels of membership.

  1. Thank you for posting this! The reason why I signed on to Once a Month Mom and became a member was because I loved the meals and wanted the ease of printing the grocery lists, labels, recipe cards, etc. Any chance you would be able to create another easy assembly mini menu complete with the grocery list and recipe cards?Cheers,
    Ashley
