The Whole30 –– An incredible journey for many, but a challenging one if you’ve ever dared to consider, or even try it! You learn so much about your body and how it relates to food. But there is no denying that it is an uphill journey
Depending on your starting point, the grade can be quite steep! But as with any worthwhile undertaking, careful planning can help you stay the course.
Our recommendation for a Whole30 newbie? Make Whole30 freezer meals!
But why “freezer meals” specifically?
#1 –– You are less likely to “cheat” if your food is already made
#2 –– You will avoid those really hard “hangry” moments because you will have your freezer fully stocked with both complaint and delicious options
#3 –– When you have a plan that’s ready to follow, you actually stick to it and your health goals!
We have compiled 101 Whole30 compliant and freezer friendly recipes from which to choose, making it simple for you to get started, keep going, or finish up!

Join the discussionI love this concept! Was wondering about the cholestrol and sodium in these recipes. Some sound a little high. Would it be the same if i cut back on these ??
Linda, we’d love to help! If you cut back on what specifically?
I would be interested with a version for the very lazy, that have a high tolerance for eating the same thing multiple times. So in other words, a minimum number of recipes that minimize prep and multiplies the meals you get out of that work.
With membership, this is possible. If you have more questions about what membership includes we encourage you to chat with us in the bottom right-hand corner.
I would like to achieve lower cholesterol and lower sugar. I would imagine this cuts most of the sugar, but should I still be concerned with some of the ingredients considered carbohydrates?
All of the ingredients in these recipes are Whole30 approved. If you’re doing the Whole30 and are familiar with the program this would be a decision you’d have to make on your own or discuss with a physician. Enjoy 🙂
The link for Instant Pot Paleo Tomato Basil and Beef Soup leads to the wrong recipe. Sounds yummy and I would love to try it
Thank you! It’s been updated!
The recipe for Instant Pot Tomato and Basil soup does NOT have the Instant Pot instructions. It’s a stove top recipe. Can you add the Instant Pot version or remove Instant Pot from the title? Thanks!
Thanks for mentioning that Lisa! We’ve got the link updated now. 🙂
